Programme
Programme will be flexible to ensure school priorities are addressed. Options include:

1:1 support for Deputy Heads new to assessment, target setting and tracking.

In house training for senior teams, facilitating discussion on improvement strategies

Training for middle managers on using assessment and tracking to support subject monitoring and securing good progress

Whole school INSET on Narrowing the Gap, and ensuring good progress for all groupings.
